Delete your soccer.io account
You can request permanent deletion of your soccer.io account and the personal data associated with it.
Option 1 · In the game
- Open Settings.
- Open Account & access.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 · From the web
Send a deletion request from the email address you use for store support. Include your platform and player display name so we can locate and verify the account.

Your soccer.io profile and display name, link to the Google Play Games or Apple Game Center identity, active sessions, match-access history and ad-reward challenges held by Color Papers will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized after verification.
What may be retained
A minimal pseudonymous purchase ledger may be retained so a valid lifetime purchase can be restored and for accounting, security or fraud prevention. It contains no player display name or active platform identity link. Temporary encrypted backups expire on their normal cycle, approximately 14 days. Data held independently by Google or Apple must be managed through those providers.
This cannot be undone. Your local progress and server access state may be lost. A store purchase can only be restored if the store still reports a valid entitlement.

В игре откройте Настройки → Аккаунт и доступ → Удалить аккаунт. Также можно написать на jashimov@gmail.com, указав платформу и отображаемое имя игрока. После подтверждения мы удалим или необратимо обезличим профиль, связь с игровой учётной записью, сессии, историю доступа и рекламных наград. Минимальная обезличенная запись покупки может сохраняться для восстановления пожизненного Premium, учёта и защиты от мошенничества; резервные копии удаляются примерно через 14 дней.
