Include these details

Android or iPhone/iPad and your OS version;
the soccer.io version shown in the game settings;
what you expected and what happened;
for a purchase issue, the store order/transaction reference — never send a password or full payment-card number.

We normally reply in English or Russian. Store billing and refunds may also require a request through Google Play or Apple.
